(KMOV.com) – Police have arrested two teens after authorities say they are responsible for more than 50 reports of property damage in Washington, Missouri.
Nicholas Dean Holtmeyer, 18, of Marthasville, Mo., and Samuel Hays Baker, 17, of Washington, Mo., allegedly damaged property in the Quail Run, Dawn Valley and Meriwether subdivisions. But investigators say their spree isn’t limited to these areas.
Reports matching what they did also came in from other surrounding areas.
Holtmeyer and Baker were allegedly breaking into homes and damaging vehicles with a BB gun.
Police found Holtmeyer, Baker and a third female, who has not been identified because she is a juvenile, in the 300 block of East 5th Street on Friday.
All three suspects were interviewed and admitted their involvement in the reported property damages.
Holtmeyer and Baker have been charged with tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree. They were both issued a 425,000 cash-only bond.
The juvenile was released to her mother, per the Franklin County Juvenile Office.
More charges are expected.
